Dowland Crescent

Main Floor Renovation

Our team successfully transformed the space by implementing several key changes. The project primarily focused on creating a more open and functional layout by removing walls and reconfiguring the floor plan.

Walls were removed to open up the space and create a seamless flow between the different areas of the main floor. This not only enhanced the visual appeal of the space but also improved its functionality and accessibility.

A highlight of the renovation was the installation of a spacious, modern kitchen. The kitchen featured a unique blue island as a focal point, adding a pop of color and personality to the room. The new kitchen layout was designed to optimize storage and workspace, making it a practical and stylish area for cooking and entertaining.

The project also involved updating the stairs with white oak, providing a fresh and contemporary look to the main floor. The white oak stairs complemented the overall design aesthetic of the space and added a touch of elegance to the interior.

Overall, the main floor renovation project was a success, achieving the goals of creating a more open, inviting, and stylish living space for the homeowners.
