Our team redesigned and created a basement for this family to enjoy for years.

Two load-bearing walls were successfully removed to create a more open and spacious layout in the basement area. A new bathroom was added to enhance the functionality and convenience of the basement space, providing additional comfort for the homeowners and their guests. This bathroom included a custom shower with a bench and a backlit soap niche.

As a unique and thoughtful addition, a dog bath was incorporated into the laundry room area, catering to the needs of the homeowners' furry companions.
