This main floor renovation project involved several significant changes to the layout and design of the space.

Two load-bearing walls were removed to open up the space and create a more spacious and open floor plan.

The kitchen was expanded significantly to accommodate a larger layout. This included the addition of a coffee bar and a large island, providing more countertop space and storage options. A fireplace was added to enhance the ambiance and coziness of the main living area, creating a focal point for the room.
