Main Floor Renovation

We are excited about the intricate details of our recent main floor renovation project, a collaborative effort with HGTV's Farmhouse Facelift that has brought a whole new level of sophistication and functionality to the space. This wine country farm home was in need of some major updates.

The renovation was not just about updating the aesthetics but also about reimagining the entire layout to better suit the needs of modern living. One of the most significant changes was the strategic relocation of the kitchen to optimize space and enhance the flow of the area, creating a seamless transition between different living spaces.

This renovation involved the removal of three load-bearing walls and a load-bearing fireplace, a structural challenge that was expertly addressed by the installation of a large steel beam in the basement, to fix a major sag in the floor.

Among the standout features of the renovated space is the addition of a new gas fireplace complemented by stylish floating shelves, adding a touch of contemporary elegance to the room. The choice of green cabinets truly bring a unique yet modern look to the space. The dining room features a hidden wine cabinet in the wainscotting to surely impress any guest at our clients dinner parties.

In the bathroom, the focus was on creating a luxurious and comfortable retreat. This involved a meticulous renovation that included the installation of green tiles in the shower to introduce a vibrant pop of color, elevating the space from functional to fabulous. To enhance the comfort and warmth of the bathroom, heated floor tiles were incorporated, offering a touch of indulgence that truly transforms the daily routine.
